I'm so grateful for Nortech! I came home from a relaxing long trip to find my entire LG fridge warm and everything inside ruined. I called one repair shop, who referred me to Nortech. Apparently LG refrigerators are cursed and the first shop I called said Nortech are the real experts. After my experience, Nortech was truly an expert on LG refrigerators!

On Wednesday, I called to make an appointment on Friday from 1pm to 3pm. On friday, I called them back to make sure they were coming at 12:42pm and they said they canceled the appointment, and the man I called even have the guts to say he was about to call me? Who call their customer to cancel right before the appointment. What happened if I did not call them first? Are they going to let me waste the whole day waiting for them? If you feel like you have to cancel a customer appointment you should call them a day ahead or at least early in the morning since you guys open early at 8am! Very unproffesional

This company is contracted for extended warranty for repairs. I have used them 4 times in the last 2 years and all experiences have been terrible. Last minute texts telling me a repair guy is on his way without scheduling or hearing from them for weeks (literally every repair has happened this way - I have never been scheduled in advance)- one even came at 8:30pm with a last minute text at 8pm after not hearing from them for a month, taking weeks to order parts (not for it to arrive, just for the order to be placed), technicians contradicting eachother on diagnosis, "repair" that ends

Woke up to a fridge emergency. Our LG fridge compressor went out. Panicked I called several fridge techs in our area ..........this was the company recommended to us because = LG.
12:30 initial call = we were told we will get a call from tech. Meanwhile we attempt to keep our food cold. It's 3:30 and no call from tech. I call in to check in 3:30.... oh tech got wrong address for another customer so he will be there 5-6pm. .... I get more ice for the food to attempt to save it. ... it's near 7 when I call again to get tech update. He's full of excuses.

Beware. We have a Liebherr refrigerator. First, they said they could service it. The technician arrived -- without any tools -- for an "assessment". Said that he would get parts and follow up with us. Charged us $250. Never to be heard from again. We followed up with both the company and the technician. No response. I am embarrassed for them that their business model is making money by scamming people.

First of all.. the owner of this place fixed my microwave in A FEW minutes and didn't gouge me. WOW! If you read a negative review, I believe that the person writing it didn't understand the integrity of this company. I wish I could find a mechanic as good at fixing cars as these guys are at fixing appliances.

I called Nortech to repair a microwave. I was told a repair would be set up for the next day. Sure enough - I later got a call from Gary to set up an appointment. What impressed me was that Gary walked me through a set of troubleshooting ideas first, to ensure I really needed him to come out. Even though the ideas didn't work right away, a few hours before the repair appointment it inspired me to try something else - and I ended up fixing the microwave on my own. I was able to cancel my appointment no problem. Definitely would call Nortech again in the future!

I called to inquire about wall mounting a 65" LG tv and Norman answered the phone and gave me a ballpark quote. I emailed him photos to show the scope of work and he quickly emailed back a firm quote. He came out the same day and was able to skillfully install the tv to the wall.
I was very impressed with the timeliness, courtesy and professionalism of Norman and Nortech. I really could not expect any better service, this was an outstanding experience.

Do not use this company. The owner/manager Norman is an UNETHICAL CON who was trying to rip me off by $400. The technician Came out to evaluate how much it will be to repair our washing machine. He confirmed the problem is the pump so he said if it just needs to be cleaned out the cost will be just the labor - around $125 plus tax. However if the pump has to be replaced it will be $125 plus the cost of the new pump which is around $150.

Super fast was having issues with my washer leaking at the clean out. I called in the morning and it was done by noon. Fixed the issue in super fast professional manner. I will use this service again! He's actually coming back to fix the problem where it is smaller leak at the diaphragm. He knows his Samsung washers and dryer's !

I had to post a review immediately because this experience was so fantastic from start to finish. I called on a Saturday afternoon to see when someone could come out to take a look at our TV; miraculously, Gary was in the area and came out within a couple of hours. Even though he couldn't formally diagnose the problem, he got our 10yr old Panasonic working again. We couldn't be happier with their quick and professional service. Plus, while he was here I mentioned that our antennae stopped working; he reprogrammed it for us. Now we're back in business and ready for the Sea Hawks game

My 6 year old Sharp 75" flat screen performed quite well and has no screen defects, at least none that I can see. All of a sudden it went dead. Just completely dead no matter how hard or long I press the power button (you need to make sure it's not your remote, right?) or if I plug it into another outlet.
Taking it down from the wall and brining it somewhere seemed like a suboptimal option for me, so I started looking for a service that would come to my house and at least diagnose it there but preferably also repair it and put it back on the wall.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR SCHEDULING AND REPAIR WORK!
Sear hired this company to fix our LG fridge and they wouldn't come in to check what is going on. And just took a guess of what need to be replace by what we said on the phone. First appointment waited all evening. Called last min told us they cant make it. 2nd appointment He called us told us he lost the part that he ordered need to rescheduled . After 3 long weeks finally we have the part and someone showed up. This is about the 4 times they gonna be coming over. My fridge is still not WORKING!
And the lady who picks up the phone has an attitude

When I scheduled an appt. I was told that the charge would be $145.00, but I paid 165.00 to be told we had a dirty stove by Sam.... he spent no more than 10 minutes at my home. While he was preparing my receipt, he received another phone call for a job and remained on the phone as he was walking out the door... very disrespectful and cleary didn't have any qualms about over charging me. This was very unfortunate experience. My oven needed a repair (I had an electronic message saying the cooling fan was too slow.) I first called at 11am, they confirmed that someone is available to come by the same day and that technician or the dispatch will call me back with the time frame within 30 min. No follow up. 2 hrs later, I called again and the dispatch said she will check with technician about available time and will call me back. No follow up. After being told by the Geek Squad it wouldn't be until Aug. 28th before they could come out to look at my dead 2 year old Samsung 60" Smart TV I found Nortech on Yelp with great reviews. I'm so glad I called them. Norman came out that same day, diagnosed the problem which unfortunately would cost over $800 but he told me to try to call Samsung which I tried. Samsung was no help at all!!! They kept telling me I should have bought the extended warranty. I decided to call Costco and found out they extend the manufacturers warranty 2 years more if bought on their Citi/Visa card

LG contracted this business to handle a recall repair for my air conditioning unit. The unit was in perfect condition running flawlessly but had a potential to catch on fire. The technician continuously kept texting to schedule the fix but would not settle on any time and kept rescheduling. He finally came out in Nov 2017 when I wasn't using my unit and did the repair. Now that I used the unit starting in April or May, it's not cold anymore. It blows air but isn't cold. I asked the original technician and he kept saying he'd come fix it but wouldn't ever commit to a time
