My tech was ROB, who was outstanding. Called them the day before Thanksgiving and they scheduled me on Monday between 1p-5p. Rob showed up at 130pm. Rob figured out the problem, got the part and had it running again and left at 330pm. WOW. Will use this company again and will ask for Rob.
