Very nice explained everything to me Next time I will call Hector if there's a problem rather than trying to fix myself and messing the whole system up.
It's good to have it all working again. I tried to get other companies to come out they either no showed or wanted to sell me there system. Not archangel alarm they came out and fixed the problem. Hector's employee, Terrence, showed up on time, was polite and professional, and was out in one hour.

Archangel alarm systems has brought me so much peace of mind! I am a single woman whose house was broken into while I was sleeping upstairs. Terrifying! After the break in, I reached out to Archangel who provided me with the most incredible security system—indoor cameras, outdoors cameras, digital doorbell, remote control locks, and photo-taking entry keypad. ALL of these devices communicate with each other AND my home alarm system! It is SO easy, and I can control it (even remotely) with an app on my phone. (I’m not techy, so I appreciate the ease of this system.)

Have worked with Hector C. numerous times over the past 3 or more years. He has always been attentive to what is required and necessary and has done a professional job with all his work. Recently updated my alarm system and was able to have it scheduled and completed in one day. I had even used Hector to troubleshoot a problem in the past and he has provided help over the phone without hesitation. Quick and Efficient.

I want to Thank Hector for coming out to get me set up with Home Security Monitoring for my home. I called Monday and that same Monday he came out and got me set up. Down to earth guy and excited to get my 3 cameras Installed soon. Small Company but that's what I'm all about. Called last Thursday to request alarm repair. Mr Hector scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with a 2:00-4:00 window. On Tuesday around 4:00 we called to check on appointment. Person in office said Mr. Hector was out of the office and would contact him. Ultimately, Mr Hector never showed up or even called. Really disgraceful service. We went with another, more responsive company today.
