Their service is great. they offer many security options at very good prices. Their customer service is friendly and you can get your new security system installed and running a day or two after the first call. Highly recommended.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They refused to cancel my service even after I sold my house. I have never dealt with a more unethical company in my life. Buyer beware. I had to open a case with the Better Business Bureau and they still have not cancelled my service.

Gary was extremely professional and came out to my house the same day as my inquiry. Once I decided to go with this company the tech was at my house within 4 hours. The tech was also very professional during the installation and explained the system/app to me. Bassec is not the cheapest or most expensive, but they have good service and were very responsive to my needs.
