On the 5th day of January, 2022 I spoke with Carolina at Southcross Security and had the most unpleasant and disreputable interaction. My office has been very busy due to the new year and it seems Carolina was under the impression that all business activity stops to revolve around her and her convenience. I was informed that she would like to speak to my supervisor because she would no longer be playing phone tag. This comment was extremely uncalled for as we have been busy with residents and are unable to neglect their needs to cater to her at her beckoning call. Not only were her comments nastier

I do thank you for your response although this review was quickly written to warn potential future clientele of the service (or lack there of) they will receive. I believe the lack of accountability taken by the owner in this response and accusations (as all facts I stated were spoke about during our conversation) confirm my review was spot on more than my well worded review ever could.

We LOVED our experience using Southcross Security! Previously we had store bought cameras that were unreliable & always losing connection. When we moved, we decided to have cameras professionally installed. After tons of research & a recommendation from one of my friends, I decided to use Southcross. They sent out Anthony to review the premises & discuss our best options. We signed on & were able to get all set up. Anthony was so friendly & informative regarding any questions we had throughout the entire process. They really made the entire process seamless.

I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. After cancelling service due to an upcoming move, Southcross pinned us with a $300+ cancellation fee for a contract that auto-renews annually without notice to the customer. Buyer beware...

Really happy with this company. They’re quick response to get my home protected and pricing was why I selected them. The owner even what above and beyond to help me find a beeping noise I had , which was from a old smoke detector battery low that was from what the builder put in. Thanks SouthCross for providing great customer support.

Scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out 3 weeks ago. His name was Tony... He was scheduled to arrive at 8:30am. He showed up an hour late. He spent a majority of his time flirting. He was supposed to install indoor and outdoor cameras, as well as a skybell doorbell. He installed the doorbell and decided that was all he was going to do for the day. It took him 2 hours just to do that. He made a phone call in front of me, telling someone that he wasn't supposed to leave until 2pm, but said that he wasn't trying to stay. He left at 11:30am. After he left, I asked that they send a different
