This company is amazing start to finish! I was interested in upgrading my camera system but had no clue what I wanted or needed. Zach Stefán was very knowledgeable and assisted me in picking out the best option for my house. Shipping was very fast and everything was packed nicely in the box. I had several questions about the installation of the cameras and he went above and beyond to answer all questions, he even checked in on me on the day he knew I was doing the install(which happen to be a Saturday). I purchased a 8-channel SDI DVR. Firstly, having to replace this SDI educated me as to how expensive the old technology is. Notwithstanding, Veotron was offering one for half the prices I found elsewhere throughout the Internet. The DVR arrived very quickly, postage paid, and packaged safely.
Secondly, I would have to give them 6 stars on their customer service. Some places won't even sell to lay people. But not only did they sell to me, the Managing Director, Zach, spent over two hours on the phone with me, and eventually did a TeamViewer session to finalize the installation REMOTELY (blindly

Customer service is key to me. I was very pleased with the job that was done. The camera installers wore boot covers for their shoes and were very professional. The owner explained the difference between which cameras would give me the best picture available and educated me on the latest technology that would fit my needs. They went through all the steps in how to view my camera system and installed it on both my phone and spouse's. I would highly recommend this company to any home owner or business looking to install a camera system.
