I hired Vertical Security Group to install my security cameras. Initially the owner was very friendly. However, this quickly changed when I did not agree to pay additional fees for them to monitor my system & was unhappy w/items of the installation. The attached photo shows the splicing job done on the power adapter to the cameras. This should have been plug & play.

We order to this company to set up a camera system with license plate recognition and motion activated cameras but he installed 5 lower quality and cheaper cameras therefore we had issues since he installed the cameras and he never kept his promises. This individual do not have any professionalism If you want to pay more but to get lower quality service go with him. Plus beware of his slanders He easily lies
