Very professional and knowledgeable. Dana went out of his way to fit us into his busy schedule to inspect our chimneys before the holiday season. He goes out of his way to thank your or your business. I would highly recommend his company. I have lived in my house for ten years. Even though I don't use my fireplace, just an oil burning furnace, I found out that it's still very smart and safe to make sure the chimney liner is clean.

After calling around to local chimney services for a few days, Dana was the only one to answer the phone. And, none of the other businesses ever called back. We got an appointment booked; the day before the appointment I received a confirmation call; and the next day I received a call from Dana letting me know Keith was on his way. Excellent service and communication, which can be challenging in a busy business. Keith was very kind and took the time to explain what he saw and get to know me as a customer. Dana from Larrabee was polite, friendly and professional. The cap was on fast and at a reasonable price with a lifetime guarantee, and he gave me good advice that was easy to follow, including that something I thought I'd need was unnecessary. Really terrific service, I'll definitely call again.

Great business, highly professional with excellent communication and service. Inspected two chimneys, installed chimney caps for both, water proofed brick/mortal and sealed all surfaces. Was able to squeeze this in despite a full schedule. Highly recommend and will only be using Larrabee Chimney Services moving forward.
