After searching thousands of vehicles for a month, and test driving a handful, I saw an ad for a car being sold by Ramsey Motor Cars Inc on a website. I used various sites including car gurus, cars.com, Iseecars and carvana. I sent two emails through two sites, showing interest, looked up the number and address, and actually went there.
Diego called me after getting my phone message. I explained I needed a car that day, was ready to buy and wanted to test drive the car and was in the area then looking at various dealerships.
He told me the car was at their second location and I asked to see it

I had initially found a vehicle online and I went to go check it out in person. I met with Terrance first and then later through the deal with CJ. These gentlemen are very professional, understanding, and were always willing to work with me. I recommend them 100% because they will get you the best deal and work with you as best they can. They made the deal super smooth and easy as it could have been. I really appreciate everything they did for me and now I am riding in a beautiful SUV because of them!

Excellent experience with this car company is an understatement. Terrence was an absolute professional who was awesome to deal with. He even had our new truck delivered to us A DAY EARLIER!!! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car and will gladly pass his name and number to everyone I know that is in the market. If I could give this review 10 stars I would solely based on my experience with Terrence. Very good at what he does. Don't hesitate to ask for his help.

Stay away!! I bought a car from here paid titling cost of 100 got title in mail wasn't completely finished and cost me another 100 car wasn't inspected at the time wouldn't pass inspection till catalytic converters were replaced and transmission blew. All within 30 days and all they say is not our problem DO NOT GO HERE!!! STAY AWAY !!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

I was in the process of finalizing a purchase with this dealership from out of state and was making travel plans to pick it up when they received a better offer and took it. They never gave me a chance to match or beat the local offer they received. This dealer doesn't care about their customers or right of first refusal. Buyer beware they won't look out for you.

Called ahead, drove an hour to see a car that they didn't have on the lot. Not even an apology--might be fine to buy cars from but the customer service is lacking.
Edit: I did make an appointment by calling and asking the dealership if I could see the car, to which they responded, yes, in an hour, and I arrived at that specified time. When I got there in between work meetings, they said I need to wait an additional hour because they had not brought the car up yet -- seemed like they had forgotten about our phone call (and I unfortunately needed to get home for my job). Stay away terrible service. Sold me a car without the key to the wheel locks ,Dosent want to get me key for wheel lock and let temporary plates expire. I've called them one repeat occasions and they never return my calls. 8-15-18 if I hadn't called They wouldn't have done the registration. No follow up calls.
