The service itself is fine but I repeatedly had issues with quoting and overcharging. Since I had it before, I confirmed the price from BMW site ahead of time in writing before making an appointment. Yet, when u came in the advisor tried to add $500 in labor. When I refused the service at that level , he talked to the manager and the price reverted to what was quoted. He also suggested to change diesel filter and quoted $600. I refused and called the BMW Service and Dealer in the same county 10 miles away - $329.

This BMW service visit was very frustrating.
1. Tried calling Multiple times for status with no answer. At lease 6 times...in one day
2. Some of the employees (Reception) were Unprofessional
3. Shortage of personal
4. Upon completion, I was told everything was fine. Arrived home
and problems with side mirrors. would not close when locking car
5.Only positive was my Service Advisor...Anna. She is excellent!

I have be en on the hunt for a particular car and as I made my way through almost every BMW dealership in North Jersey and New York, BMW of Ramsey was the worst. We walk in and get no initial "hello" but a quick glance and then a look away. We wait for someone to acknowledge us and when they finally do, we tell them the exact car we are looking for and the guy told us that he would get someone to assist us. As we were looking around the showroom, a gentleman approaches us without a mask, even though they stated on the entrance door that a mask needed to be worn when coming into the building

Was looking to buy a BMW. Emailed and was given a price of MSRP. I was told that if I ordered a vehicle that "we would have more flexibility". So I took the time to create a build code and sent it to them. Was given a price if full MSRP. Sales person said that this was a good deal because many dealers are charging over MSRP. I have talked to four dealerships and not one is charging over MSRP. I would never trust this place. Gives car sales people a bad name.

Just arrived home after a great buying experience with Jesus and the rest of the team at BMW Ramsey. Everyone was extremely friendly, the facility was great, and the process was straightforward without a lot of the uncomfortable pressure you can get at some dealerships. Do business elsewhere , nothing but lies and misleading information . Car was not prepped for delivery according to BMW of North America standards , no second key scuffs and dents all over the car and a defective battery , I told the salesperson I was going to stop by to get things handled , drove for almost 2 hours and when I arrived the sales manager Ty Alanos boldly told me in my face to come back another time , no apology of any sort , no compensation for my time , effort and gas , registration had a completely wrong address , second key wasn't there . I ordered a new vehicle a month ago with a promise that the order will go as soon as possible and I should see my vehicle delivered in around 6 weeks. I signed the paper, they ran a credit check on me, and I never heard back. I called two weeks later to ask for a production number for my order (it's a tracking system by BMW for new orders), and the salesperson told me my order is still in the "order dock", thus no production number. You get this number as soon as the order goes into production, and any good salesperson will notify his/her customer the moment the number is generated

Avoid this dealership if you can, these guys play really dirty games.
My experience was with Will Garcia and Marcelo Garcia. These guys make a great team (haha). To start off, Will told me that the car would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. The car ended up coming in 7.. He rarely updated me on it and sounded annoyed each time I called to ask. He would address me as Li when I told him my name was Leland multiple times.

I would rate the service department around three stars. I scheduled my girlfriends bmw for tire issue and service. The young lady who assisted me with her appointment was actually so helpful. She confirmed with parts that our tire was In stock and scheduled us to the first available date. I do have to say It was extremely hard to get any updates from our advisor or even get him on on the line and it was taking much longer then we had expected but Nicole was able to reach out to the shopforman a couple of times and updated us her self. We just Hope the next service will be a bit quicker.

Buying a car couldn't have been easier! The hardest part was getting to Ramsey from Brooklyn! Jesus Vicioso and Robert Redcross got in me at my scheduled appointment time and I was able to drive off the lot within an hour. First time buying a BMW here, but they have a client for life. Would highly recommend reaching out to Jesus if you are in the market for a BMW.

Sorry to say my review is being updated because the sales person Matt was not completely honest with me. I was initially impressed with the service I received from Ramsey BMW. So impressed I recommended them to a friend who bought a car as well from them.
I was promised a 5 year inspection sticker and when I went in to pick it up with my license plates, they refused to give it to me.

Their service center is an absolute nightmare. Getting the car was easy and Tim Gallagher was awesome. The ugly: everything thereafter. Their roadside assistance program is non-existent. You could die of hypothermia as it took 14 hours from time of problem to come. I waited outside for 2 hours in the morning over the winter. This is an experience no one should have to endure. Imagine leasing a brand new car and the same problems happen over and over again, but the service department is so overwhelmed they claim I shouldn't even show up if someone cancels. I had a lease deal lined up through my broker with sales manager Pedro Andrade for a new X3. At the last minute, they said that the General Manager overrode and cancelled the deal unless I paid an extra $1,000 on top of our agreed upon price. My family and I lease new vehicles every 2-3 years. Highly unfortunate that this dealership is willing to ruin a potential long-term business relationship by pulling a bait-and-switch over $1,000.
Adding this business to my list of places where I will never spend a dime as long as I live and suggest you do the same unless you don't value your time

I found the car of my dreams online and had some relatively simple questions about the car - one of the sales reps answered my question by email and provided curt and erroneous answers to my simple question. After asking the question THREE TIMES and never getting an accurate answer, I bought the car at another dealership.
UPDATE - Kristine Yamroz, Sales Assistant followed up on my emails to tell me that I was "on the wrong page" and "I don't care who you are or what you're here for! Glad you took your business elsewhere. Bye"

They will literally say anything to stop you from calling BMW of North America America and making formal complaint.
Especially Anthony, he will literally say anything, despicable.
Don't make the mistake I did 100% file a formal complaint.
When I was 11 my cat died of cancer.
I always figured it would be the most painful memory in my life.

Yesterday, we took delivery of an absolutely gorgeous BMW X3 M40i from BMW of Ramsey. It was a total pleasure to work with Jorge Velarde, and his manager Ryan McGowan. They were consummate professionals from start to finish, and they made buying a car easy. The deal they offered me was highly competitive and very fair. There was no haggling or stress involved at all.
