Been coming here for years for BBQ's. We are on our third one. Excellent service, price, knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Not only do they do BBQ'S they also do gas fireplaces. A hugh assortment on both and accessories to boot. Would highly recommend coming here over the big box stores as they were cheaper then them too

Purchased my Weber Genesis II E-315 from these guys. Duane was very insightful in helping me decide which model was right for me, and the guys in the garage took the time to assemble it same day for me to pick up. Completly satisfied with their service, would recommend to anyone in the market for a grill. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff on all ends.

Purchased an floor model fireplace insert on Oct 12th- was told installs were running about two weeks. Turned into almost 2 weeks just till they checked for measurements, then waiting until Dec 13th for install because of delays even getting a needed part that was not even ordered until Nov 4th . Fine I got over that. Excited for the install , but In the middle of the install I caught that it was the smaller 1200 version rather than the larger 1700 version of the model as it was labeled and we had purchased and paid for. Also the oversized surround we ordered was still at the wrong store. They

We bought a gas fireplace from them a few years ago. It looks great, and runs great, except when it doesn't. The pilot constantly goes out and we need to call them each year to get it relit. Just called them during business hours and the call goes straight to voice mail, which their inbox is full, so no way to get a hold of them. EDIT: Gentleman at Shores helped show me how to light the pilot. While it didn't work, he was extremely helpful!

We had a gas insert installed a few years ago. Unit stopped working. Company sent the subcontractor they use AJ Bert out. Turned out to be dead batteries that were inside unit that we were not aware of. Changed batteries that we provided. Were here a whole 5 minutes and charged us 145 dollars. Yes, we were told that was the service fee to come out, but seriously? What has happened to giving customers an understandable break and customer service with honor, especially since they installed the unit at a cost close to five thousand. Shores Fireplace did agree to reimburse us 50 dollars, probably their
