My name is Victor, the founder of 24x7 Pro Service, Inc. I am a US Navy Veteran and have worked in the industry for many years. After many years of witnessing other companies take advantage of their customers, I knew i had to do something. So we set out to make a difference and provide good quality parts and professional service at an affordable price.
We offer a variety of services, from standard maintenance and repairs, to custom Garage Door replacement. We have access to a variety of brand new Garage Doors, from basic garage doors, to custom high end garage doors. Most garage doors may be installed within one week, while custom orders could take much longer.

Did a great job on our garage door repair in El Dorado Hills. Prices where better than all other companies that gave us an estimate. A few companies said that we needed a new door, however, 24x7 Pro Service was able to repair it and the garage door works better than it did when it was new. Highly recommend this company.

It's always refreshing to find a small business that takes pride in their work and cares about customer service. I hate feeling like I'm being ripped off. Misread billing statement because the "5" blended into the "1" and looked like a "7" and so over-paid the worker by $60. Despite phone calls to the guy who did the work and emails to company website, never received reimbursement for over-payment. So, lesson learned, don't hire 24X7 pro service -- unethical business practice if failing to reimburse for over-payment is unethical, which it is. Besides, the worker told me he didn't accept insurance claims, so don't bother with that if you were looking for it.
