Went to see a car I saw online but was not what I wanted. Mr. Jesus Suarez was patient and showed me several cars and found one I liked, with in my budget and very well cared for. The buying process was simple, no Dded fees. Got a great maintenance lifetime of car insurance. Manager Frankwas also very kind, friendly. Both answered all my questions and I went home the next day with my car. Would recommend Fitzmall in Wheaton VA. For used car. Great experience.

My friend bought a car from this place and the customer service was excellent. We’ve been to many other dealers but these guys have the best policies. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Ken Horn, Service Manager really went above and beyond to brighten my day. Got a flat tire on 495 in bumper to bumper traffic my first week back to work and away from my newborn baby. Thankfully made the exit and him and his team fixed me up and was so nice and genuine. Great team, great service!
