The horrible reviews for the service center are absolutely correct- do not come here if you can help it. I made an appointment to get a recall notice corrected, the man who took the appointment was friendly enough- told me it would be two hours and scheduled me for about two weeks out. I wake up extremely early on my only day off of the week and when I arrive they tell me I have to leave it because now it will be 4 hours. Because it's my only day off I had other scheduled appointments. My entire day is thrown off and now I'm still driving my car with the check engine light on. The man

This is by far the worse place you can bring you car to for a oil change service.

This is my first time here and u have been waiting for 4 hours and half because toyota service center only have 3 mechanics working today, that sounds ver pathetic and extremely unprofessional.

After 2 hours and half I went downstairs and checked they said no one has started on your car yet. So I had to wait extra 2 hours..

Safe your time and go somewhere else. Last time to come here last time to buy toyota.

DARCARS has lost one more customer for life. I ordered a replacement muffler for my car almost two months ago, and was told that the part would arrive in a week. I call them the following week and they say it will arrive December 6. I call them on December 7, now it'll arrive December 14. I called them today and they said it will only arrive next year. I cannot keep waiting for a replacement of one of the most critical pieces of my car! I am now worried it will break down somewhere. I will have to order a replacement elsewhere with the full refund which I have demanded from DARCARS! I have

This is my first time buying a luxury vehicle. I went in expecting the simple dealership service, you know: the niceties, the polite greeting, the showmanship, etc. I was actually surprised when the guy who attended me, Sam Gracia, took the time to get to know me before even considering selling me a car. He and his management team helped me find a 2022 UX250 Hybrid Lexus that was just right for me. I cannot say anything else other than how happy I am. I love the car, my girlfriend loves the car. All in all, it was a great experience.

They've got some nice guys working there, but I can not recommend taking your business to DARCARS Toyota in Silver Spring.
I had a vehicle reserved and when it came in it was sold to another customer. But they are willing to offer the same deal on a different vehicle. That's awfully generous of them...
Because I am in a situation where I need a vehicle, I was willing to pay a premium. They have a Market Adjustment added to MSRP, and an additional 2% on top of that. I was able to negotiate on some of that, which leads me to believe that the other customer paid more than I was willing

I wish I would have read through these reviews before I took my car in a pretty simple repair (I have a Toyota and have to use a dealership for the warranty). Every step of the way was a hassle- literally from the first person I checked the car in with. Every step of the process required multiple phone calls. There is no reason to do business here. Find another dealership.

Run! I cannot not recommend this place more. First, COVID precautions are a joke here. Many people not wearing masks and with Delta, I really don't need to be bringing COVID home to my unvaccinated child. Second, extremely unprofessional staff at almost every step of the way. Our sales associate when we came to pick up our vehicle was helping 2 other customers at the same time, so he never walked us through our new vehicle, took paperwork of mine that then finance accused me of losing, and gave us incorrect information to prepare to purchase the new vehicle. I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter who went to this dealership and wanted to purchase her first new car. I knew that the process would be smooth because she had a substantial down payment, a good job, and great credit. I urged her to go to a local Toyota dealership and to take advantage of their financing offers.

The worst dealership not in the region, but in the country possibly.
First time i dealt with in 2004 and the last time i was there was last week in august 2021. they nasty , rude, unprofessional, don't care attitude has not changed a bit.
I was there in august 2021, soon as i walked in no one even cared. Apparently i didn't look serious enuf for them to buy a car. They just wanted me to leave. What an emotional day! After calling several dealerships I was able to locate one that had the RAV4 Prime in stock that I wanted. Lan was the sales rep and he got me in a test vehicle in no time. Love it when they just ask for a license and don't look over your shoulder when test driving. However, after the test drive, things weren't as dreamy. I was offered 7k less than the bluebook value of my car. They later came up with something a little more decent.
But... The worst was them insisting on charging 5k over MSRP. Really? A 10% surcharge to customers because the car is in demand? How

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time. I imagined buying a car takes time but man it was so frustrating being there for so long.

OTHER THAN THAT I had a a pretty good experience. I bought a 2021 highlander. First time ever financing a car. Renzo was our finance guy and I'll be honest I was a little shocked that he looked so young! But he was so cheerful and happy and inviting. Showed up ten minutes early for a scheduled appointment on getting a TRD Tacoma. Wound up waiting over half an hour past the scheduled appointment time for the person I was supposed to meet with to discuss financing, test drive, etc. Whoever it was didn't even get to work yet.

Pro tip: if someone's willing to spend almost $60,000 at your business, you probably shouldn't waste their time.

Well, that was disappointing. Took an Uber from the car mechanic all the way to this dealership to learn more about the new RAV4- only to have one person greet me as I walked across the showroom floor. 3 individuals were behind the sales/ service desk and one gentleman said hello as I walked right outside to look at
Inventory. And as no one seemed to care, I just kept walking.

Clean facility and fast service. COVID restrictions are adhered. Only drawback was I went to the old service location and was looking all around to figure out where to go only for someone at the adjacent dealer to say "Oh they moved back to their previous location." There we're not signs to redirect customers.

Outrageous price gouging. This dealership is not to be trusted. Came in to get my (defective) airbag replaced, asked if they could duplicate the key on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. At first they said $400, and when I protested, the salesperson said he would try to lower the price. Instead they raised it to $600!! Through Triple A I found a mobile locksmith who charged me $125 minus the $100 Triple A deduction. In other words, $25!
Greedy, dishonest, and brazen. They must have a very low opinion of their customers to to think they could get away with such thievery. Stay away from this place!!!!!
