Excellent small business. Carlo was attentive to details and gave a fair estimate. Maddie, the business owner, was also excellent with very fast replies and results. I had my Mom take care of the intricacies of the job details and she told me she was very happy to work with them. And my mom is the business! She was so happy she tipped the installers and reminded me to leave a good review! That says a lot coming from her

We have been wanting a new gate for years and finally decided to do it. We got several estimates for it and am so glad we called Carlo. We didn't decided because of the great price ( although it was a good price) we decided because Carlo is a really good guy and it is a family business. They showed up on time and did a great job, our new gate is beautiful. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

When we needed a new fence and gate it wasn't too hard to figure out what we were looking for. We just picked the best looking gate in the neighborhood. Fortunately, it was right across the street at our neighbor Elvia's House. Elvia has the best looking house on the block, so naturally u can trust her referrals. Well, Lucky for us, this was one of, if not the, best referrals we have ever gotten from her. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with Vinyl Professionals. Son and I were playing baseball in the backyard and broke two of the vinyl panels on the privacy wall. Couldn't find anyone in Santa Clarita to repair. Other companies said if they didn't install they wouldn't touch it. Called Vinyl Professionals and they said no problem. They sent a guy out within the hour and in under an hour replaced the broken panels. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!

Vinyl professionals are great. They tore down our old wood patio cover and installed a new vinyl patio cover in 3 days. We are repeat customers and highly recommend them. They are quick, do beautiful work, and the workers we have had are great. The owner really works hard to make sure you are happy.

I contacted this company for an estimate. They came in a timely fashion. When they had the plans drawn for our fence, they left out the neighbors side that faces the street. Who draws plans that doesn't include the neighbors side? I feel this was done on purpose, my bad that I didn't notice. Probably because anyone would think it's included in building a fence for both sides . I was lied to, then was told that they mentioned it to me which was a lie. I wouldn't have agreed to this. Then he told me I watched him measure, which I did not, it was 100 plus degrees outside. I was

Obtained an estimate the next day after calling and with no pressure sales tactics. They did a complete patio overhang, removed and disposed of the old wooden one. They finished everything in three days total and the overhang looks fantastic! They were professional and had great ideas for the over hang. Also, way lower in cost versus two other suppliers (one had a 12 week lead time) and they started within a week after I signed the contract. This company is a family business. We called for an estimate, Carlo came out the next day. He gave us a good price and we booked it with a small deposit. He said it would be about 2 weeks. He called me back the next day and said he had come up with an idea for our yard, he visited again, showed us his idea which we loved and he left saying they'd be in touch when the gates were ready for the install. Got the call 3 days later saying they had an opening and they were out the next day. We got a new set of double gates and (2) single gates w/ fencing. Great work, great value and great product

From the moment I called them they were responsive, friendly, and very professional. Vilen came to my house to give me a quote and answered all my questions thoroughly. I made my initial deposit and was told that my side gate will arrive and be installed within 3 weeks. To my pleasant surprise, Vilen called me after 3 days and said they were able to install the following Monday which was way ahead of schedule. I can't say enough about the company and the installers. They did amazing work and would highly recommend. Thank you!

We received quotes from local contractors and a few others outside the valley next to SCV for installing a privacy side yard gates, however, the cost to have it installed was more than we could afford. We had bids that were high and some that we low. We went with recommendations from locals in our neighbourhood and on our Facebook groups and were happy to give the job to Vinyl Professionals.

If I could give Vinyl Professionals a 10 star rating I would do it in a heart beat! I had a patio cover installed about 10 years ago from Valencia Vinyl Fence Inc and my family and I loved it! Last week I noticed that some of the plastic brackets attached to the wall of my house had broken and the entire structure may have fallen on my family and I. I called Vinyl Professionals and Mady the General Manager/Owner had told me that they used to have an employee there that did cut some corners and that he no longer works there. His name is Shan and he left the company and started up another vinyl company
