I just traded in my 2017 Jeep Compass for a 2016 Jeep Patriot high altitude and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish. Every single person that I came in contact with was very friendly and personable. They did everything I asked them to do without hesitation and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve sold cars and worked in service centers from everything from Hyundai to Audi and this is the most dishonest, lying , terrible service dealership I’ve ever worked with !!!
I even have text message prof they lied to the better business Bureau (bbb) with previous repair issues under my warranty. They are crooks!
Today they told me they couldn’t do a diagnosis of my ac without charging me for a recharge . I told them just inspect it for issues not related to Freon like belts or fans… guess what! It was the fan! Fix no recharge fee! I hate that they are trained to take advantage of every

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Absolutely horrible experience. The salesman, Justin, rushed me through the process, repeatedly telling me I had to make the deal that very day or I would lose out on $2000 worth of trade in value. After selecting the car, they had me fill all the paperwork and then brought out an older, higher mileage, completely different car. Once that was cleared up, I told them I wanted to think about it for a day or two, and they again said they wouldn't even take my trade if I waited even one day. I had a wonderful experience from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I take a picture at the end. Cameron helped me so much. They worked with me to get me to the payment I wanted!
The first car I wanted didn’t work out the way I wanted to but that’s okay. I got put into something better not only financially but for my family as well.

I worked with Adam to find a truck which not only fit me, but also fit my budget. Between him and the owner, they showed which trucks fit both. The Titan they showed me is exactly what I have been looking for. I think I have found my new favorite place to go for car purchases. I came to automaxx of summerville because one of my friends told me about the place. I was devasted going there with no hope all because i had lost my 2018 ram 1500 in a bad accident. I called automaxx to set up an appointment just to see what all i needed to get a vehicle. I just wanted numbers but instead i walked out with a 2017 SL TITAN CREW CAB. Super decked out amazing features powered heated seats. White headlights, big tires, truck step, tinted windows, bed cover all black interior and exterior super clean truck. I got it at a great deal as well all thanks yo sale associate by the name

Had a great time at Automaxx. My representative was Adam Brinkley, and he was awesome. He pulled up all of our car options, and even stayed late one evening. My experience at Automaxx was amazing Isaiah was amazing he helped out with everything even filled my gas tank up! 😊 I know right amazing right!
