Turn Head Motors

We have had nothing but problems since purchasing a Honda Civic from here, i had no idea a dealership could be such liars and dirty. Paul sold a pregnant woman a car that’s been in an accident and did not mention anything , so we spent a month trying to get the bumper fixed going back and forth only to fix it ourselves. Now here we are a month later with locked up caliper pins and needing the rotors and pads replaced. Paul said they would cover it and the next day an owner says it’s not covered. We have been paying 200 every 2 weeks for a messed up car and they refuse to help us in any way

I don't normally leave reviews but here is My take and it's not just an opinion. I do know when they get cars from auction they go directly on the lot for sale. They give u something called a warranty. You pay $100 deductible for them to diagnose and fix the car then u pay the labor cost. I paid cash for a car here and traded it in here. That should say alot. My engine might was on when I got the car and I pointed it out. I took it to get serviced three times. They turn the light off log enough for you to leave but it comes back on after u get home. I wouldn't send my enemy here to get a car!

My husband is in the hospital with COVID he had made payment arrangements for the car but was put on a ventilator. They came and repoed his car. I called today to explain everything to see if they could please work with me. I literally begged and basically was told not their problem. Sad that during these times that people can be so heartless. Only go here if your health is good and u don’t anticipate any health issues. Oh an according to this company my husband planned on getting COVID.

Great Car Buying experience! Whole transaction took 15 minutes. Friendly people. They didn't keep us forever like all other carlots do. My very first great car buying experience period.

Went to purchase a van. Staff was very nice and supportive. Even though there wasn't a warranty they repaired the little things i pointed out at no charge. Great service.
