Above water has gone over and above my expectations. As a community association manager it is vital to have vendors that would go over and above our expectations. I can’t express how great of a job Giancarlo did for me. My tile and grout were awful and my 14-year old carpet has seen much, much better days. I now have sparkling tile and grout, along with carpet that looks brand new! Do yourself a favor and hire Above Water Cleaning for all of your flooring needs. You will not regret it.

We were very impressed with the quality of service provided by Gian and Above Water Cleaning and Restoration! We had our sofa and dining room (white fabric) cleaned and the chairs look brand new. He offers fair pricing without over charging because we live in Naples. I’d highly recommend him. Very Professional.

Giancarlo was great. He was professional and punctual. I needed carpets cleaned prior to moving out of apartment community that were heavily soiled by a large breed dog. He spent about 3 hours on the job and carpets look brand new. He was very flexible and allowed me to reschedule about 3 times without any issue. He responded quickly to my emails and provided me great customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
