There were many options near Georgetown that I could have chosen, but I decided on TruCleaning because they’re a local company with decades experience. Terry was great to work with and put my mind at ease with my carpet cleaning needs in my fifth wheel camper. I needed pet deodorizing/stain removal as I have 3 dogs that unfortunately have accidents from time to time. Logan was on time and very professional. I called TruCarpet Cleaning because I had a toilet tank to burst and flood half of my home during the night. Terry and his crew arrived at 8 that morning to begin the water extraction process. The damage was extensive in many rooms. Terry and his crew worked in a tireless manner for days to get the house back in order. Each day, he left the house clean and in good order, and informed us of his plans for the next day. His service was incredible, and knowing the recovery process would be extensive, he put me in contact with many other knowledgeable contractors that would provide the necessary work

Terry and his crew went above and beyond on our carpets through the house, with 2 labs in the mix i though our carpets were doomed after 4 years. But that was quite the contrary from what I was expecting. If I were able to give a 10 star review on the work that was preformed i would. All smiles and a satisfied customer here.

Logan did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and tile in our house. The tile and grout looks like it was installed yesterday. I've used a few of the well known, national cleaners in the past but they didn't come close to the results that we received with TruCarpet.

Terry and his crew are A M A Z I N G! He did a HUGE remodel for our rental property and he came in under budget, sooner than expected and he took care of all the details, all the while I was on vacation! I told a colleague I felt like my brother was taking care of me! He is completely trust worthy, ethical and kind and that's important to me. We have also used him for carpet cleaning and will definitely use them again.

I always use Tru Carpet. Every time I have them work on my carpets I am amazed. They use a truck-mounted system; which is the only way to go. It always looks like new carpet when they are finished. The owner, Terry Whitt, is great to work with. Chris did our carpets today. Great guy who does great work. Next I am going to schedule them to clean our tile and grout. I HIGHLY recommend this company..

Great results. He came on time, informed us what he was doing. Our carpets were not that dirty, but had some visible stains/foot traffic areas.
There were no hidden fees...the price I was quoted on the phone (without seeing the house) was the one I was charged. We added Scotchguard, which upped the price. The technician was friendly and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He also told me what to expect for drying time. The carpets look wonderful! Although there is still food traffic areas, he was able to remove 95% of the dirt/stains. I highly recommend.

Amazing Results!
We called TurCarpet based on a recommendation from folks who came to repair some carpet in our house following a water leak. Since we wanted the damaged areas cleaned up, we figured we might as well do the whole house.
The carpet in a couple rooms had gotten pretty bad looking as the results of spilled coffee, pets etc. We were planning on a full replacement soon but figured this was worth doing as a short term fix. The results were amazing. Both of the rooms with the worst looking carpets came out looking great. Other rooms almost look brand new again.
