Short version: I requested specific services and 50% of it was done. I was offered basically a 20% discount for half the work performed. My advice? If you decide to go with this service, if you request certain things over the phone, make it clear again what needs to be done upon arrival BEFORE they start cleaning AND ask them politely to stay while you double check when finished. Otherwise, relatively clean areas will be “deep cleaned”.

Reaching the office by phone is impossible. First, they skipped me on my regular week and insisted I’d changed it to every 3 weeks. Then they promised our preferred house cleaners and today sent another team. They did not wear masks. They arrived 45 min prior to the window of time I was given. They did not use the floor product we asked that they use. When you can reach them they try to help but today was just the last straw.

I left a message on Saturday and spoke with Amy on Monday and Tuesday after my home was "cleaned" last Friday. I have requested a call from a manager, and I still HAVE NOT received a phone call from a manager. I do not believe this is good customer service. This company sent 2 employees to clean my home for a "Move-Out" cleaning, and within 24 hours I responded to let them know of items that were missed in cleaning (cobwebs on blinds and lights, dirty pantry shelves, dirty floor). Amanda and Erica called ahead - showed up on time - came in and did a great job. They were thorough. They were also a friendly pair - so I was comfortable letting them in to work. I normally don't leave bad reviews for a company, but my experience was not positive. I hired Welcome Home Cleaning to deep cleaning my house before I moved in, that had previous been a rental house. Part of the cleaning included cleaning out the cabinets, dusting the ceiling fans, and cleaning the walls. Unfortunately this work was not done. When I sent in pictures and they sent out a 2nd cleaning crew, my cabinets were still not cleaned. I really don't like complaining in a review, but I've used multiple cleaning services before, and never had such a bad experience.

We had the deep cleaning done in our house. I wasn’t sure we needed the deep cleaning but wanted to get us off on a good foot for at least monthly cleanings in the future. I could not believe the level of detail, focus, and kindness. Our place was cleaner than I could have imagined. Our professionals were very nice to our 1.5 year old dog. This was really helpful to us as we both had to work from home during the cleaning too. Pup calmed down by seeing them in action and with their kindness.

I wish I could give these guys more stars because this is seriously the best clean we have ever had. I'm a working mom with an eight month old who is into everything and a 6-year-old who is as messy as any other kiddo, and trying to manage cleaning and working and kids and my sanity has been a challenge.

When I called these guys for a deep clean, my house was in desperate need of it. I had fallen behind, and I felt terrible when people would come to visit because I'd do my best to clean, but it just felt like it wasn't enough.

I would highly recommend you look for another cleaning service if you are care about details. I hired WHC for a move-out cleaning service and I was not satisfied. They left various countertops with dust an and spots. I will never use them again. Go somewhere else, even if it's a bit more expensive.

I would definitely recommend Welcome Home Cleaning! Their prices are very reasonable. My initial cleaning was stellar. Reason for 4 Stars is that I've had one cleaning in which I felt the group were in a bit of a rush. House just wasn't as fresh smelling and all surfaces weren't dusted. But since that time I've had only excellent cleanings.

I wrote a check for nearly $375 to Welcome Home Cleaning Services to perform a through cleaning service. That was the price for a team of two to come in and clean my two-story home, top to bottom. I was very specific on what I needed cleaned as well as the level of filth to expect. Extremely dusty is how I described my home in their online survey for the initial estimate, and I also chose the option in this same survey that I would be inspecting with a white glove once the job was complete.

I think I'd probably give Welcome Home 2.5 stars, but I decided to round up to 3. First, the good - the scheduling process was very easy. I sent a message through their website and was contacted by someone in the office. They sent me an estimate and the paperwork and I signed up for the monthly cleaning. The cleaners came when expected, and were careful with my belongings. That is important to me.

I hired Welcome Home Cleaning to do a deep clean of our office after being in the space (with 9 people) for about a year and a half. It needed a good clean, both wiping down surfaces, vacuuming and rug cleaning.

The staff came in early in the morning and immediately got to start in areas where we weren't working to cause minimal interruptions. They were respectful and quick while we worked and spent a good amount of time polishing the tables and making each room look and smell great.

We hired Welcome Home Cleaning to take care of our small office last week. The space has never had any professional cleaning done; most of the cleaning chores have been vacuuming, taking out the trash, and wiping some some tables. Okay, so after a rather unpleasant experience with another, supposedly "trustworthy" cleaning company, I was wary of trying again. I yelp'd for a bit and made a short list. I called Welcome Home first and I was pleased with their estimate, service agreement, and demeanor so I scheduled right away. I was given a general morning time which was fine at that time.

I used Welcome Home for the first time last week for a spring cleaning and I was very pleased with the results. As promised, I got a phone call from Sherry and Ericka when they were on their way to me, and they arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment time. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ground-floor apartment (very dusty, lots of corner spider webs) and they were finished in a little under two hours. I was pleased to see the attention they gave to the bathrooms, the baseboards, the dusting/vacuuming/mopping in general - they even used a long-handled duster to clean the A/C intake vent
