Fruth Construction was founded in 1983 by John and Jeff Fruth. We have significant experience in both new construction and remodeling of custom homes in both the mountains and plains. We have developed long term relationships with dependable subcontractors to ensure quality work on our projects. Jeff Fruth studied building trades in school, learning all trades involved in home construction.
We will be starting a home this year on our lot at 3151 Ridge Rd. (Lot 11, St. Anton Highlands) in Boulder County near Nederland. The lot has 2.8 acres with a private setting and level access. The lot has unimpeded views of the snow-capped Continental Divide in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. The house will have 3100 finished square feet including a walkout basement, 4 bedrooms, an office, and 3Z baths.
