Tom's robust network built my new amazing pool, to my desired specs, within the promised timeframe. You'll work with several teams over the course of a few months, I kept notes, because I wanted to Yelp about it (seriously!).

Thomas Pools did an outstanding job on our pool/backyard project. From beginning to end, Ron was attentive and professional. The crews they contract with are the best! Hard-working, thorough, professional, and always left the worksite clean. They delivered on their promise to build us a beautiful pool in a timely manner and we are thoroughly enjoying it. When you step out into our backyard it feels like you're at a resort and we have Thomas Pools to thank for that. We highly recommend them.

Words really cannot describe how grateful we are for Tom and Ron! They completed our project in August of 2021, so we have had a few months to enjoy the incredible backyard they designed and built us. It has taken me a 4 months to write this review. Why? Well, I have been enjoying tremendously my new pool that Thomas Pools build. Ron is super amazing, and he followed through every step of the way. He was always checking on the work, workers, and on my family. The pool turned out amazing and in record time. I went to many different pool companies to ask for quotes and the numbers were super inflated, plus the people from the other companies did not have the customer service skills that Ron has. Thomas was outstanding! Will be calling Thomas Pools back when we need repairs, service or anything pool related. The realtor for our pool inspection even made a point to come out and ask for his card because he really made a 5 star impression. On top of the great work he also was very accommodating by coming out on short notice when others would not. Finally, great professionalism with the branded hat, shirt and fully wrapped truck. Ronnie, Tom & Rose have been so helpful during our pool build. We are getting closer to the finish line and will update my review with all photos (super exciting)!! Ron came out to quote us in August 2020, and we wanted to start right away; however, we had some other life demands in front of us and paused the project. We called Ron back out in May 2021 and put the project right back on track. City permits approved and our build began mid-June. Things moved quick!! Every contractor they have from electricians, tile, the dig, pool maintenance, etc. have been wonderful! I'm so excited to

We had a slope in our back yard and knew this would be a challenge to build a pool and spa. Ron really came through for us, he is an incredible designer and had our vision. You hear of nightmares when building a pool but Ron was there every step of the way, in fact we miss seeing him now everything is finished lol.
Construction is never pleasant but the crews they contract with made this process very pleasant, and we were excited every day to watch this small sloped back yard transform into our own little oasis.

Thanks to Thomas Pools for a great job on our pool. We had a planter wall that was failing and tiles and coping that were cracked and broken. They did all the repair work, added water features and resurfaced the pool. Jesse was easy to work with snd communicated with us throughout the job. The workers were on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves every day. We could not be happier with the results.

I am a professional faux rock water feature builder and a contractor for 30 years and Tom at Thomas pools has been the best contractor I have ever dealt with in the pool industry. I see some people have some complaints but let me tell you that there are some people who will never be happy no matter what and are out to smear you because they can. Nobody really checks out both sides before they get to say (or print) what ever they want. Let's face it construction is a series of problems that someone has to solve. Some people think it's all smooth.

Thomas Pools transformed our dated 1960's mess of a pool into a modern, cozy showpiece. We hired them to add a jacuzzi, re plaster the pool, all new decking, and new lighting to give new life to the eyesore of our property. They completed their job on time, offered great suggestions, and did quality work. We highly recommended Thomas Pools for a thorough remodel or even a simple plaster .

Almost 3 years ago we began looking at putting in a pool. One of the bids we got was from Thomas Pools. We put the project on hold, and were finally ready to pull the trigger this summer. We contacted Thomas Pools again and were pleased to see the same salesman/project manager Ronnie who had come out 3 years prior. Since they were competitive with other companies, and local, we gave them the job.
They broke ground in June. We were very happy with all the subcontractors. With any large construction project, there were hiccups and setbacks along the way but they always made it right. In one instance

I send a email so i can get an estimate in my house. Took almost a week to response. The lady apologoze for the delay and she said somebody was going to call me in the next 24 hours. Somebody called me 3 days after that. He left a messege. So i called back to this person he never answer so i left him a messege. Almost 2 weeks later he called me back and ask me what i want to be done in my house. So i told him that i want something simple nothing big. So he said well did you know how much is going to cost me to do that.. i said well another company give an estimate and 1 of my friends did his pool

I love this pool place! They seriously have the BEST PRICES better than amazon and other sites that have the same floaties and swim gadgets. And the 2 owners are extremely helpful and sweet, they are very easy to talk too and can answer any pool questions you might have. It's so nice to have a GOOD pool store in Castaic!

Tom reached out to me and after a few tries to fix my plaster issue with less evasive means, we agreed that the only solution is to re-plaster. Tom had his team at my house the next day emptying the pool and chipping. That was a Friday, by Monday the pool was re-plastered and filling up and by the end of the week, the pool was started up and looked great, all free of charge. Thank you Tom for taking care of your customers. Will definitely recommend.

I just recently had Thomas Pools put in a Spool for us in our new home in Oxnard. Tom and his crew did a great job from start to finish. The attention to detail was amazing. I always knew what was next. Very affordable as well. I highly recommend Tom with Thomas Pools to help design and complete your pool and spa projects. I will be referring him to others.
