The pool creating was fine, but I have been trying to get them to install a diving board for over a year. They said countless times that they would install it soon and then they just never show up, They even dropped off the box that they say has a diving board in it, but it is just sitting in my backyard by the pool. I have never seen service this poor.
I have basically given up on this company ever doing what they promised.

Had a pool built by Bob and he is the best. Really has is act together. On my block I was the first one done with my front and back yard by more than a month. I was really glad I had Summit Pools do the landscaping as well as the pool. Thanks to Summit I was #1 on the block plus I had a great swimming pool. :)

I could not be happier with my experience with Summit Pools. Bob was able to build and finish my pool in under 45 days. Summit Pools built my swimming pool 15 years ago. I was referred to Summit by my brother who had just had his pool built by Summit. Not only have I and my brother been enormously satisfied with the quality and value of our pools, but I have been blown away at the exceptional customer service over the years. I recently called Summit to ask for a referral for someone who could service my heater, and instead they sent their own technician who fixed my heater at no charge. Where do you get that kind of customer service and commitment these days? I cannot recommend Summit Pools more highly.
