Wow! We are so blessed that Mike responded on a late Sunday evening to help us with a window repair (on the 2nd floor) caused by high winds. Not only did he arrive quickly, he was able to help secure the window to keep it from falling down to the concrete below, problem solve why it was failing to latch, fix the latch, and triple checked to assure that the window was secure before he left. He was professional, thoughtful, and patient as he dug to the cause of the window's problem. My company had the pleasure to work with Michael's Glass twice. The 1st time - we had a rock thrown from a lawnmower and blew out the front door of our office building, Michael came out himself the same day and had the replacement glass installed in no time at all. We recently hired them again to replace a set of commercial entry doors on our office building. Their quote was competitive, they ordered the custom doors, and had them installed within a few weeks.
