Home Access-Provide us with a key, code, instructions, or simply let us in when we arrive. We'll send our professionally-trained maids to clean your home using our Certified 50 Point Checklist. Option to add extra-services, such as inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, and inside cabinets. If you're unhappy for any reason, our 100% Happiness Guarantee means we'll re-clean your home for free (within 48 hours).
Star Maid Service provides professional-grade green friendly products that are safe & effective. Yes, StarMaidService is insured & bonded, and our maids have all had their backgrounds checked thoroughly. We also carry workers compensation, unlike independent cleaners and contractors. You do not have to be home for the cleaning session, just as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home.

We've been very happy with the service for about 6 months now. Madeline is always on time, works hard, cleans very quickly, and the place is spotless. Communication with Jorge is excellent. He has accommodated a couple requests to change times without any issue.

We had the "whole house" cleaned up today at our home in Bradenton. The lady that came was named Suleima and she was amazing. She was very friendly and professional of course, but the cleaning she provided was AMAZING. She was blur going room to room cleaning things to a level we don't know how she achieved. Clearly we are "underachievers" when it comes to our own cleaning skills. LOL

Absolutely disgusted! I called this company to set up a cleaning for my family and told them I have a brother with special needs as a courtesy, and asked if that was okay, and they SAID NO WE WILL PASS when they called back. Yeah, go with this company if that's the service you want! I tried to set up this service based on reviews , but wow. If you have a disabled family member do not use this company.

Unprofessional and uneasy.
After a second phone call to schedule my appointment which I wanted on a specific day, I was left uncomfortable with the way appointment scheduling was handled and the general demeanor of the person I spoke to. He couldn't confirm how many maids would arrive and if they would be able to accommodate coming toward the top of the hour time slot he gave me. Then after a few minutes, he called back to say the maid requires the day off.
Extremely unprofessional way of handling a business where we are inviting strangers into our private residence.

You can believe the reviews, this company is well run. Use them every 2 weeks, they show up on time, they communicate as well as any company I've used regardless of the industry, and the house looks great. The responsiveness to questions is amazing. I'm sure its the same with any issues but I wouldn't know, we don't ever have any issues. Well done Star Maid Service.

She takes great care with our home, is incredibly thorough, and is extremely pleasant. Jorge, the owner, is also responsive and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. Hindsight, I would've went with another company.
We have been using these cleaners for months and Amanda, our cleaner was excellent, then out of the blue, we received an email saying they were no longer going to be servicing us. I mean, c'mon!
So now we have to go through the whole process of finding and hiring another cleaning company to give us weekly service.
There was no explanation, nor issue that we were made aware of and then dropped!
They were a very reasonably priced company for weekly service and the one maid did a great job, while we did have another come and help the

I have never had the house cleaned professionally before and did not know what to expect. Vanessa did such an outstanding job - just incredible! The house is the cleanest it has ever been and even smells great. She is a delightful person and I enjoyed having her here. I will be contacting Star Maid Service early in 2018 for another cleaning and will surely request Vanessa. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

A great company! Very easy to work with - easy to schedule and easy to reschedule appointments. Vanessa did a very nice job cleaning the entire house after we moved in. She came on time and brought all the cleaning supplies. I didn't have to worry about anything. I will recommend them. I have already used their services twice and will use the company again.

Out of 3 different companies I called, this was the only company that always answered their phone/returned my call.
The maid we had was Vanessa, she worked very diligently and thoroughly cleaned every corner of the bathrooms and fridge.
The owner didn't charge us for cleaning the fridge because we were a new client; this we did not expect and it was very nice of them.
We were more than pleased with Vanessa's work ethic and the result of the house. We will definitely use her again!
