George, the owner, and his team are very professional. George thoroughly explained the installation process and addressed any questions I had. I really really wanted to give George and standard air 5 stars. They were knowledgable and prompt ( our ac broke on a Saturday and was completely fixed by Monday afternoon)
The reason for my subtraction was for the fact that nobody would tell me exact numbers or prices until it was time to sign the contract. We were on a very right budget and everytime I asked what a certain unit would cost, I was told "not too pricey" or "this one is more high end". That bugged me and I almost didn't go with this company because I assumed I was getting played.

I have used standarrd air conditioning and heating since 1989. George the owner is the most honest and trustworthy service person I have used. He does a great job, is very curtieous and never tries to sell you something you don't need. I have recommended George to numerous friends over the years and they all were extremely satisfied with his work and very reasonable costs. One friend had John Moore tell him he needed a new compressor...George said all you need is a new relay component which he installed for $ 185 that included his labor.
