Had gas leak from furnace and called Sugarland A|C and heating on Sunday night and they came and fixed the problem on Monday morning. Servicemen were very professional and wore masks and booties before entering my house. They explained what caused the problem and took necessary steps to prevent it from happening again. They took pictures to show me what the problem areas were. Both very nice guys and pleasant to talk to. They were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Bill did a great job a year ago for us when we need a heat and ac inspection before we purchased our house. A year later we took care of the items that were in the list to repair and he even matched the prices previously given even though inflation had made them go up. He is a old school and will look out for you when he can.

I called them for a quote and they were able to get me one the same day. They showed up on time and got right to work. They completed the job in one day and did not have to "redo" anything. My ac unit had went out before this Houston weather here start to get hot and humid. I looked them up online and notice that they had great reviews. Bill came on time and fixed my AC issue right away. He was knowledgeable and experienced. It took him less than 30’ to have my AC running again. The previous AC man came to my house twice and did not fix the issue. Said that my AC was bad and I would need to replace soon. Bill assured my AC is in good condition, and my AC is running flawlessly since he came by.

Great job, really went the extra mile. Had an old water heater from ages ago that was never removed from the attic because it was too big to fit through the door. Bill came through removed it and did the additional wood work. I'd definitely use them again in the future!
