Sun Air Conditioning was founded in 1973 by Jim and Jeanette Mazurkiewicz. Sun Air began as a home-based business with a rented boat stall to house parts and equipment. In 1983, Sun's most loyal and tenured Service Technician, Richard S, join Jim and Jeanette to expand serving their growing client base.

I had a complete air condition replacement several years ago. I called the same company to service my air conditioning unit last year, but found the company had been sold to another owner. I was told by the new owners tech that I needed $4000.00 worth of repairs. I decided to get a second opinion! I googled local air conditioning companies and chose Sun air conditioning and heating. They sent a tech. out, he inspected my 2 units and said They only needed cleaning. The tech was professional did the job and I have had no problems from my aid conditioning systems. One of our two outside units stopped working. After about 30 min of tinkering with the unit, I was told that the compressor had "locked up" and that the outside unit needed to be replaced. When pressed about the accuracy of the diagnosis, I was assured that the testing showed the compressor was at fault. I was quoted a replacement outside unit for $5,772. I felt there was something wrong w the diagnosis and that the quote was very high. I had outside units replaced at other homes for 1/2 that price. I got a second opinion. They resolved the issue by replacing a damaged wire and also replacing all

For awhile now, one of our rooms never received any air from the a/c or heater. So we called another company out, and they were going to charge us $2,300+ to install a device that would supposedly push the air across the house into the other room, as well as some cleaning fees. But what was off-putting was that the technician said that it was "not guaranteed" to resolve the issue. So we decided to give Sun Air Conditioning & Heating to come out for a second look.

Our ac broke down, as usual on a Sunday. We called Sun first thing Monday morning and they had a technician at our house by 9:30am. We have always trusted them with our seasonal maintenance, but to have them respond within 1.5 hours for a broken system and have our system running within 20 minutes was what I consider “above and beyond” service. They have earned 5 stars from me. Highly recommend them for all ac needs.

We put out for bid the install of two new condensors and coils to replace existing units. Sun AC came in at the most competitive all around. Rusty and his office were willing to work with us on getting the install of the condensors within code along our property line within strict parameters. The install went seamlessly and we got through code. Very appreciative of Rusty and the team at Sun AC and happy to give them this positive review. Very professional and courteous team who executes on what they say they can do.

Very professional staff and crew. I had the ac plenum box changed out. The crew came on time, did a great job, and an experienced staff came out for a quick quality check as well. The diagnostic visit before this was done by another experienced member that answered all my questions and concerns - great customer service! I will book with them again for upcoming jobs at my future residence.

What I love most about Sun AC & Heating is their attention to the needs of the customer. I've used them about twice so far. Unlike big chain companies, they don't make commissions off of member plans, parts, and repairs. They are personable and kind, but are objective about the state of my units and my options. Very happy and will remain a customer.

What a pleasant customer care!. It is so refreshing to have such polite technicians that do listen and answer calls promptly and do not try to rush through things . Great fast service and knowledgeable technicians. I wish I have used Sun AC earlier as it would have saved me a lot of money as previous company that I have been using for 10 years was completely clue less for months on what the issue was with my AC and why upstairs was not cold .
