Highly recommend Eric from Vegas Valley Air. Yesterday Las Vegas recorded a high temperature of 116 degrees. I'm a residential property manager so high temps mean we need awesome AC vendors that can get units back up and running same day. Thanks Vegas Valley Air! Yesterday during this record heat we had a tenant submit a work order for no AC at 2:29pm. By 7pm Eric from Vegas Valley Air was on site and had the unit up and running. Needless to say the tenant was very happy. In property management it takes a team effort...we are so thankful to our awesome vendors. Thank you Eric!!

My husband and I were so impressed with the skill, thoroughness and consideration of the technician who serviced our 20 yr old gas fireplace pilot light this week.
He carefully serviced the problem part itself, he clearly explained all the steps he could take at the start of the visit, he thoroughly cleaned the dust off the logs and rocks, and he checked all aspects and components of the fireplace to ensure safe operation. He tested carbon monoxide levels and put a scope into the vent to check for obstructions. I am so grateful. We feel safe using this old fireplace now, and the flame is beautiful

This company is wonderful!! My fireplace was decided to no longer light despite the pilot light working and of course not knowing a thing about fireplaces and gas worried about a gas leak and CO2 poisoning. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with them. The technician arrived promptly and immediately put on shoe protectors and covered his shoes (this is a HUGE plus as we are a no show household and so many contractors just walk around in their dirty boots). Being new to Las Vegas we often have to turn to Yelp to find folks to work on things at the house. Case in point our gas fireplace. We couldn't get the thing to work. Off to yelp we went and found Vegas Valley Air. Not only were they able to squeeze us in the day before Thanksgiving, but they quickly found the problem(s) and got us up and running. Even pausing to answer out crazy questions. We cant be more happy with the tech that came out or the folks in the office we talked to. Just had our gas fireplace repaired by Vegas Valley Air. Our technician, Eric, called when he was on his way and showed up within the appointment window. Very professional. Eric called me 20 minutes out and was very prompt. He wore shoe covers, and was extremely professional. He listened to my concerns, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even vacuumed out the fireplace, did a safety inspection, and left me feeling like a valued customer.

Great service! I called Vegas Valley Air to find out how much they charge for somone to come out and diagnose my gas fireplace. Two technicians were at my house in about 30 minutes and my fireplace was repaired and working 30 minutes later. Office staff and technicians were very professional.
