I reached out to this company on yelp and was informed call or text was the best way to get ahold of them and sure enough within 5 min of texting we had the move booked and set in stone. The hot tub move went off without a hitch. It was such a smooth process and trust me these guys didn't have it easy 2 guys managed to move my 8 ft hot tub up a pretty steep hill covered in mud from the recent storm. They managed to push through and even go through some areas of my yard to not disturb the landscaping work. I'm absolutely amazed on how this crew is working together. The communication was

Brandon and coworker made piano moving look easy! They had my grand piano carefully wrapped, strapped onto a dolly, and loaded/secured into their trailer in no time at all. I was kept informed of the progress of the piano towards its destination and even received pictures and a video of it once set up at its new location. This is a highly professional outfit that provides rapid quotes, communicates effectively with their clients, and above all, takes the utmost care in completing their assignment. Not even a snowstorm and chain controls on the route kept them from delivering my piano on schedule

It's not often you see employees actually enjoying their job but this group of guys didn't stop laughing and joking with each other during my hot tub delivery. And they were very efficient with moving the hot tub into place while doing it! I cannot describe how helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate these guys were! They even moved a patio swing for me without my asking. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help moving things or needing junk removal! I'll be using them in the future!

The crew that picked up my piano and equipment was more than professional and respectful. They had to pick up from my sister and drop off with my wife and both were more than impressed with their still and attitude. They were more than worth the price that they charged. I rarely review businesses because they usually aren't outstanding enough to comment on, but this company is to be complimented on their professionalism. They were easily reachable and responded very promptly. Brandon and his crew were meticulous, courteous and very knowledgeable about moving our antique piano. Excellent value, friendly and quick to respond. Moved my upright piano up and down 3 flights of stairs safely, and into my new home. They also stored my piano for a week or so while my new place was getting ready which made my life a bit less stressful. Took all necessary precautions to wrap and cushion the instrument, which is super appreciated. Great groups of dudes and I highly recommend them. Make sure to support local and TIP YOUR MOVERS! They answered the phone when I called which is rare to find! Willing to come to Fernley even for this "small job"
Needed a large heavy TV console moved from downstairs up a narrow staircase and over a half wall.
They were professional, quick and precise while being careful not to damage the house or the furniture.

These guys were awesome! Answered the phone when I called to book. Got me scheduled quickly. Confirmed the day before. Gave me a heads up when they were on their way. On time. Covered the floors and wore masks. AND, when the delivery service for my new fridge showed up at the same time and refused to bring the fridge inside the house, these guys did that too. AND, they were cheaper than the other company I originally called that ended up flaking on me.

Wow! I am extremely impressed by this company. Professional, great communication, and just good people.
They were met with a difficult challenge in our very steep driveway. Not a problem for these professionals! They moved an upright piano AND a 680lb safe down an extremely steep driveway to their moving trailer. I wish I had a video!!

Local company, excellent communication, great customer service, etc. They made sure I was happy with the placement of my hot tub and even provided their input on the ideal spot.

I will say these guys are great!
We needed movers quickly. To move our household from a 3rd floor( no elevator) to a moving truck to travel several hours. They did a fantastic job. Our things were so well packed. Not only did they make it easy for us to remove the boxes, etc.. Nothing was damaged!
They were kind and courteous and i highly recommend them

I needed to move my 5'8" baby grand from Carson City, NV to the SF Bay Area and after communicating with close to one dozen piano moving companies, I ultimately decided to go with AAPM. They were my first choice because they are willing to travel long distance and know the mountain trek between NV and CA so I felt secure my piano would have a safe journey with them.
