The VERY best! All the way around from my first phone call, their prompt response, and all the continuous follow up and follow through. I wish every business I hired ran as well as Truckee Movers. They were extremely flexible with my move from a storage unit in Sacramento to my new home in Portola Ca. Escrow got hung up and then weather intervened, but they kept the communication open and got the job done without a problem. These guys are the best! Andy gave us a reasonable quote and communicated well once we were in contract. They arrived promptly for the packing of the truck and the delivery on the other end. Jenna was prompt with all office correspondence.
Andy, Tucker and Dillon did an awesome job of packing the truck and Tucker and Dillon arrived on time for the unload. So great to have such a great LOCAL business to use for this type of service!

These guys did a local move for us (Tahoe Vista to Truckee) and they were GREAT. They were efficient, hard working, and CAREFUL. After putting in a full day they were still super diligent not to scrape walls or door frames when moving furniture into rooms. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their pricing structure was very flexible - it worked well for us as we didn't anticipate everything up-front. They ended up moving more items than we anticipated, and we ran out of time packing so Truckee Movers ended up doing more packing than planned. Nothing got broken in our move. Watching these

We used Truckee Movers to remove some furniture for us. Jenna, Michael and Billy were really great to work with. Everyone was friendly, professional and super fast. And in the end they only charged us for 1.92 hours of work. Highly recommended!

I wish I had 100 stars. This is the best moving company I ever worked with - and we moved internationally with some of the big names. These guys were so careful, they didn't mind stepping over or around my super old dog, they helped me unpack my car, they are SUPER STARS.
We used them for a move from the Bay Area to Truckee, we packed all our own boxes, however the large TV needed packing by them - they did a fabulous job carefully and securely packing it. Part of our belongings had to go into a house, the other part into their storage. Everything was color coded which made their work easier

I wish I could give this company even less than one star, it's unfortunate because they've been so good to us before.

Last week my father and I made arrangements to have a couple of guys get a truck out to help us change storage units, bring some stuff to our home, as well as bring some stuff to the dump. We were told by the office to meet at the storage unit at 12 pm and wait for the movers to come help us. Over an hour passes by without a single notification or phone call from them, until we took the initiative of calling Truckee Movers ourselves to see what was going on. We

Truckee Movers sent me two diligent young men, Adam and Erik. They arrived on time and worked non stop emptying a POD full of stuff into a storage space. What I liked the most was that they were thinking ahead, how to take out the racks and where to place them in the storage space most efficiently though I had drawn up a plan. They came up with a better way! Everything was done in a speedy way and completed well.

The reviews are true! We needed a couch moved to the second, and the only way was to go through the deck. Truckee movers to the rescue! We had four really nice guys come and move our sofa in no time.

We will definitely use them again.

We moved from Los Angeles to Truckee with 2 babies, two dogs, 2 cats and a house full of stuff. Truckee movers came through for us when our original movers bailed last minute. Their schedule was completely full, but when I told them what happened, they squeezed us in. Their guys work hard and stay focued. Can hold a conversation with out wasting one minute of time. Gave us great tips on where to go in town for things too! So thankful for Truckee movers making the best first impression with our first Truckee home

I've been meaning to write this for awhile. Truckee Movers is my go-to moving company (3x moves). They're simply amazing. 100% professional, nice, and careful.

A few months ago, they moved a bunch of stuff from SF to Incline. They went above and beyond to make it work. They made the trip down the mountain on the exact day I needed with two weeks notice (my building only gave us a small window because other units had pre-scheduled moves).

They were able to get me packed in just a few hours, and head back up the hill. A heavy snow storm was setting in, but that didn't deter them

Very positive experience with Truckee movers. We just completed a move from Truckee to the Bay Area. They packed us up, navigated a lot of stairs coming out of our house in Truckee, and brought a full truck load of furniture and household items to two delivery points in the Bay Area. Great attitude, on time, on budget, and all the guys were careful with our things, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

Truckee Movers did a great job in unpacking my moving pods - they were very efficient, professional, flexible and with great positive attitudes throughout the jobs. I had two pods, one of which was jammed and could not be opened - Truckee Movers was very accommodating in working me into their reschedule/availability so we could finish the job before the rains set in on a Saturday. From their customer-friendly attitudes to their prompt and efficient moving skills, I highly recommend their services for any moving needs to/from the Tahoe area!

From the first phone call everyone was very professional and helpful. The quote was fair and they kept to the price. They were there exactly when they said they would arrive and worked quickly. They were very careful not to nick walls or furniture. I was so happy with this company, it made a stressful move much easier, they are the best!
