Our office is located at 5593 N Riverview Drive, just north of Parchment and we've served Southwest Michigan for over 30 years. I'm so happy that we went with Adams Heating & Cooling. When our furnace broke entirely, they were very kind and worked us into their schedule so we could get a new furnace as soon as possible. They were also significantly cheaper than other companies. From scheduling to appraisal to installation, I was more than satisfied with their service. This is not necessarily a review of the company as a whole. The office staff I delt with was very personable and helpful! The service professional I was sent...I have no basis to criticize his knowledge as I know very little about hvac. But, he was less than professional. Dressed to take a nap, never smiled, complained about the rain, very mansplainy!...I'm glad that I gained the knowledge that I did but, I didn't pay you so that you could shame me. So, I would absolutely hire them again but, knowing what I know...I'd make sure this guy wasn't it.
