This company was contacted for me by my Home Warranty Company, they responded quickly and came out to look at my AC. The technician advised the unit needed to be replaced. I have been calling for over a month to get any information without a single return call. My Warranty company has also been trying to get information. They don't answer their phone or return calls.

We had used another private person for our A/C and furnace.
We were really leary about trying someone new to fix our furnace. We tried Haven and they were great.
This weekend we have a possible emergency call because of low voltage taking out our furnace. Of course this always happens on the weekend right?
HAVEN HEATING WAS EXCELLANT!!!!
From our first call to the last call they were excellant, prompt in answering, concerned & understanding.

Haven missed its scheduled time on one day and called and we agreed to the next day. The technician arrived an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time that Haven requested. He said we should have service now or call and reschedule. We rearranged our schedule and told the technician to come in. When he entered the house we put on masks but he said he didn't need one. We stated that it was important and necessary to us, being elderly. We offered him a mask he just walked by. We are retired physicians and I told the technician that it was important to us. He said "it ain't the law no more

I give Haven Heating a big thumbs up. They arrived as scheduled and were very courteous and professional. I was having trouble with my Richmond tankless water heater, and finding someone to work on it was a challenge. I was a little skeptical, but the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and resolved my problem for what I considered to be a reasonable price.

Jack and his staff at Haven Heating far exceeded my expectations. My 18 year old Bryant A/C unit stopped working and I called Haven Heating. Jack came out the next day and we discussed my options; either repair the old unit or install a new higher efficiency one. He laid out the options clearly and is very informed as to the latest options available. I decided to install the new one. Jack scheduled the installation for the next day and Mike came out with the unit. I was very impressed with their professionalism from the beginning to the end of the job. They are friendly and easy to work with.
