Over the summer I called three businesses to quote me on a new AC system install. Spitale wasn't the least expensive but was the middle of the road quote (tho not much higher than the other guy). I did not feel confident with the lowest bidder as they were not as responsive and were not on time for their appointment and never communicated with me that they would be late. Spitale arrive when they said they would and provided a great service. Fast forward to last week and my 28 year old furnace quit. They arrived quickly (like, within an hour of my call quickly - I'm sure this is not normal

This was years ago but i was thinking about it today and I thought i should go ahead a wright a review.
I bought a new furnace for my grandmother she chose this company, it was okay at first. I went to change the battery in the thermostat they installed next season and something fell out when I took it off the wall, when I put it back it no longer functioned.
I took it off the wall again and noticed one of the pins was bent so it would not go into the correct location on the header and the thing that fell out was a hunk of brass that they used to bridge the connection. They setup the thermostat

N.F.G. Tim installed our heat pump 15 years ago. He always serviced it. This last time our unit quit working. After 3 attempts we were still down after he left. We told him we if need a new unit or a repair, just do what ever it takes. That is the last we heard of him. Numerous calls with no response. We should not have paid him until he fixed it. He left us with a broken down unit and no explanation of why he abandoned a costumer. After speaking to other people, he has done the same to them. I would not recommend him. Actually I would discourage Spitale for any service.

My furnace went out and the old one was beyond repairing. Tim came out the day I called and gave me a quote right on the spot. He called in to check on parts while he was here and said he could have it installed the next day. The crew did a great job installing the new furnace and piping. Everything was ran straight and neat. I'm pleased with the craftsmanship.
