Called them because a relative refered them. Needed an old furnace running. Was charged service call and labor. Turned it on first time and nothing. Called them again and they replaced a fan. Turned it on again and nothing. Their answer to all this was to have them come out again. Why? So I can be charged a third time for nothing! No thank you. Tech was a nice guy but that doesn't keep heat in my home!

This company is absolutely wonderful! The guys put in a new furnace in our home. They came in as service people and left as friends! Each day they put down tarps to protect the floors, and when they left, they picked up so well after themselves you wouldn't even know they were there! They were so personable and caring, our dog even whimpered when they were done. Thank you for an incredible job! You guys were great! Our home is warm and runs so economically now!

I had them come out to service an air conditioner and inspect a furnace for a home sale. The service tech (Ken) that came out to look at the hvac system. He looked at the system and said that he couldn't figure out why the air conditioner wasn't working. He said that the furnace system was old school and that the owner (Chris I believe) knew it better and he'd have him come out and look at it when he got back from a family get together in Traverse city. Next thing I know I have a bill and Ken recommends replacing the air conditioning unit. I never heard from the owner. I called Teed's hvac they
