Guliano Tibi will not return my calls, His company put a new cool roof on my house , did not use the correct underlayment. He also put in new insulation per the hero loan and did not use spray foam, he simply put the same type of insolation back in the walls. He got us a hero loan and took all the funds and will not give us an accounting of where the money went. He also put in a solar system and did not follow through and it took my a year and a half to get the solar meter and it is still not set up correctly. High pressure sales to the point of a ridiculous amount of frustration. He's nothing but a con man who bleeds customers and subcontractors for every dime he can. His employee just threatened to sue me for this yelp review because I never contacted the company regarding the cracks. This review MAY be removed if the cracks are fixed. I will never RECOMMEND this company, even to my worst enemy.

Tibi Home Design did a complete upgrade to my house which included the removal of all the popcorn ceilings, installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, remodeled the old carpet in the second floor and install a new engineered hardwood floor and upgrade the kitchen (cabinets, island, appliances, lighting and counter tops), removed a wall in the kitchen that made most of the first floor much more open, update 2 of the bathrooms including the master bathroom. Tibi Home Design did a wonderful remodeling job on our room addition. The quality of the overall work was outstanding, the crew were prompt, hard-working, polite, and well-organized. The new room that was added to our house is stunning! We had water damage from our recent rainstorms. Dan our project manager was fantastic! He always made sure that we were informed on what was going on with our project. Bob and his crew did a beautiful job on our kitchen and bedroom. The end result was better than we ever expected! The crew was fast, efficient and very professional. What more could could ask for. We will definitely use them again for all of our future projects!

The worst company ever. Beware do not use them. Unreliable. Communication was horrible. Dustin the project manager was the one in Charge he was terrible. Júliano was the one who overall look at everything he was just as bad we will call him and then he will have Dustin call us. He came a few time and alway made it seem like he was helping us but it was all a show. As soon as he push my husband to sign the paper that was it we never heard from him. We will call and call and it will take forever. We still have crap here they left and stuff not completed. We had our back yard and hvac done the hvac

Our project manager, Luigi, has gone above and beyond in an effort to make us completely satisfied with the painting of our house so far. Their stucco guru has worked miracles on huge areas of the house where the stucco was either falling off or had been patched terribly by other people previously. They've done a fastidious job of making sure the windows (which were cracking and peeling paint like crazy) are sanded and smoothed prior to the new paint being applied. They'll be starting on the primer coat of the paint process soon, but so far we've been more than satisfied with

We needed to paint our new addiction inside and out.
We chose these guys because we heard from friends they are good and we were very happy with them.
They have a really nice team that is coming everyday, usually around 9 am and leaving around 4-5pm
Sometimes they stayed more if needed.
In less than a week we got a brand new look
New paint, new refreshment to our old house.
I would definitely use them again in the future.

Overall I had a good experience with this company. From start to end this remodeling project went without any major problem. Amit supervised and handled all the workers and he did a good job. His office made sure that each day the workers arrived to work on time and Amit made sure that they do a good job and without any mistakes. Amit made sure also that all the permits will be pulled out and will pass inspection. The cabinets were ordered by Amit after we selected them before we hired him and his company. Amit stand up behind his words and schedule and the kitchen was completed within the time

We had for a while now some issues with the faucets of the bathrooms. We needed them to be replaced. The kitchen was something that we had in mind too. We saw a kitchen that Tibi home design did at one house in the neighborhood and we thought it will be a good idea to talk to them and see what they can do for us. I was referred to Tibi Home Design by my neighbor that got some remodeling done at their home. I was very impressed by what they did for them so I asked for them to come by and tell me what they can do for my bathroom that I have been meaning to remodel for ages now. There were two gentleman that came by the name of Adam and another named Elmar. They were my point of contact throughout the entire process. I'm not one to write a review, in this case it's necessary. I had spoken to several contractors. I was undecided with whom to go with for my bathroom remodel. I met with TIBI Home Design and I knew they would be able to make my dream bathroom come true. I love my new bathroom. The details of the shower turned out amazing. I was in the market for a solar system when I met Jim. A really great guy that knows his stuff and have no time to spare. My solar system was installed in literally one day.
Jim showed up early that morning with a 10 people crew making sure the job will be done as promised.
I'v also end up improving my windows to a double tempered glass system like Jim insist I should do, good thing I did, my system works much better and the house looks great.
Tibis office helped coordinating it all, they even helped me with the Government rebates paperwork.
Overall a great experience.
Next project will

High pressure sales tactics. Beat around the bush about everything. Wouldn't give me a price without telling them my budget. Very awkward salespeople, rude and full of themselves. I couldn't wait to get them off my property. They said they'd send me a quote but I haven't seen it yet. I won't even entertain a bid from these clowns. Very pushy and unprofessional.
