Pete is a native of Walsenburg, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Southern Colorado, Pete Started in 1975 in new construction after moving to Southern California and joined the Carpenters Union. Then, in the 80's he moved back to Colorado and began building custom homes in the Vail Valley as a Union Carpenter.
In the 90's he came to the Metro Area and worked with his wife in House Prep Services, Inc. through 2000. In 2000 Pete obtained a General Contractors License and has extended his expertise with the vision of a better experience for the consumer by starting 7 Hawks Construction in 2000. His vision is not only to provide superior quality and service, but to provide Consulting Services to those that prefer to do things themselves.
Pete will provide guidance through the entire process from design and planning to materials, architectural drawings and engineering. Pete will provide instruction on obtaining necessary permits, building material lists and sources for all services and components for a build, addition or remodel.

7 Hawks will guide you and answer questions that will lead you to a choice suitable to meet your vision. Custom Remodeling Services include composing a theme and selecting materials and finishes to meet the most discriminating vision yet remaining reachable to most incomes. Remodeling to Existing Plans include discussion of architectural plans with regard to materials and finishes.
