ACR’s roofing job was perfect. After the new roof was complete Tom noticed a few cosmetic items during the city inspection, which had passed. He sent workers over including a painter for repair on his dime.
The beauty of working with ACR is their interaction with the insurance company. My job had a $2,000 supplemental due to missing flashing etc., required by code, that was unknown during the initial bid. They went straight to the insurance company concerning the items, which were immediately accepted for recompense.

We highly recommend Tom Krause, owner, and Advanced Construction Roofing. Tom is unfailingly professional, prompt, and polite. He responds almost immediately to any call or email and will stop by as needed. His crew did a great job with our new roof and gutters. Tom even spent most of the construction time on our roof here so that he could keep an eye on progress and quality.
