Through that entire time we have not had 1 person leave our company. Our approach to projects has always been to create exceptional space while looking to meet the client's goals and budget constraints.
2. Develop a building design that reduces the Common areas as much as possible - which Maximizes the Rentable Area thus optimizing the gross income. For our Office Interiors Clients we look to achieve a floor plan that creates highly efficient work areas and support spaces allowing a rentable area of 10% to 15% less than anticipated, producing significant annual savings on rental expense.
