Experienced Specifications Writer, Owner Representative, Expert Witness, Peer Reviewer, and Architect who provides Standard and Custom services to Homeowners, Townships, Developers and others.

He has an unusually vast resume of experience with most building types and construction types. Building forensic investigations are of interest to him, and he often joins with other specialists to provide an experienced team. We have vast experience with New and Historic renovations, and adaptive re-use construction renovations. New Work New Canaan, CT Report

First, a two car garage was created opposite the main house. Second, the main house existing two car garage was expanded out toward the detached garage approximately 15 feet. This allowed interior expansion of mudroom spaces into what used to be garage. New kitchen was redone during this project to provide updated features.
