Benassi, AIA - Architect, LLC is a full-service Architectural firm specializing in design services for the rehabilitation, restoration/preservation, and repair of all types of existing buildings. Our professional staff has over 100 years of combined architectural experience to assist you with your building design and restoration needs. Founder and Principal of the firm, Martin Benassi is responsible for design, construction documents, bid documents, project negotiation. Project Architect and Project Manager with experience spanning all aspects of architectural practice from development and design through construction administration.
Take Exit 61 heading north or Exit 62 heading south. Turn right and go north on Route 10 (Whitney Avenue) for approximately 1 miles to intersection of Ives and Whitney (Mt. Carmel Wine and Spirits on corner. Turn right and go straight for two blocks. Sign "Two Broadway" is on the roof of the building.
