Everything was great up until I had to request 2 damaged items to be replaced. Will Harper is terrible with communicating after he has been paid for the job. He does not answer emails with requests after he has been paid. Be aware before you use this company. I had high hopes for this company as they were recommended to me by a friend who had used them in the past. The people who loaded and unloaded the moving truck were great but they are not regular employees of the company. I wish my experience had been better.

H & H did a fabulous job moving us from Columbia to Canton with short notice. They arrived on time, despite difficulties near their business that morning. They moved everything efficiently and quickly and not a single item was damaged in the move. Once we arrived at our new house, they moved items to the rooms where we wanted them and reassembled furniture that needed it.
Overall, it was a great experience. They were very professional and friendly. The move was within the estimated time frame and the cost was as expected. If I had to move again I would definitely use H & H and would recommend

H&H did a fine enough job with the move itself. However, after the move was done and they needed to follow up about fixing a couple of things that were broken, they became quite unresponsive and difficult to track down. Multiple emails went unanswered.At least once they did not show up for an appointment to fix some scratches on our piano they had caused. It seems like they just did not have the bandwith to follow through the entire move process. They are nice guys , but I would be hesitant to recommend them.

It hurts me to have to give them a negative review. Moving day went fine, the staff came on time, completed the job within the estimate, were polite, etc. But I believe a company must be judged on how it fixes problems, not on how good it is with stuff that comes easily, and they really fell down on that regard.
After the move, I discovered that a piece of outdoor metal furniture had been damaged during the move and would have to be welded to be repaired. I called them twice, then I emailed them twice. I sent them pictures of the damage. I tried to contact them again before I got the chair repaired

Used H & H moving to move my household furniture and personal items from a storage unit into my apartment. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice and were nothing but courteous and professional. They arrived on time, moved all of my items with extreme care, assembled my bedroom furniture, and even disposed of some items that I no longer wanted. They went above and beyond to complete the job as I requested and even finished ahead of the anticipated time. They have very reasonable prices and better service then what I've experienced in the past from other moving companies

We needed to move 3 rooms of furniture out of the house and into storage temporarily. Will and his team packed everything, including glasses, plates and other fragile items, wrapping everything in paper before putting it in boxes or in blankets. They moved our items into and out of storage. When bringing the items back to the house, they returned each piece of furniture to its correct location. The boxes were marked appropriately so we could quickly unpack and get our house back to normal. They were prompt on both occasions and professional. I highly recommend them for storage moves and other moving

I was referred to H&H moving by one of my coworkers that knows the owner of the company. When my husband and I purchased a new home and were looking for a moving company, I was a little bit hesitant on hiring them since they are a newer company and don't have many online reviews yet. I have to say that I am completely, 100% satisfied with my decision to give them a chance! Will and his team were fantastic! They responded to my inquiries almost immediately, showed up on time, and gave us a very reasonable and competitive price rate (despite the fact that our move included hauling furniture
