Everyone I dealt with from the company was great. Crystal patiently walked through the whole estimate and contract with me, the team that picked up my items wrapped them carefully, and the delivery team was on time and worked very quickly to put everything in the proper place in my 3-story house. I may have to do another long-distance move, and when I do, I will call Green Line first.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This moving company was notified that medication was stolen from me during a move. The medication was left out on the counter and not packed and one bottle was missing likely mistaken for oxycodone because it starts with "oxy" as the prefix. The company refuses to return phone calls or emails and has done nothing to make it right

This by far was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a moving company. Besides the fact that I ended up paying $2000 after being quoted 1200 I have broken items, missing items, stains on my sofas, and a torn mattress. Things that they packed for me are broken as well. They were rude and I have pictures of them standing on my dresser instead I of a ladder. Green line relocation never returned any of my calls nor answered my emails regarding my missing items or broken things. Choose wisely and delete this one from your list it is not worth it. They use bait and switch technique. One

After looking at multiple options, I decided to good with Green Line relocation. I first spoke to Andrew, he was very professional and disclosed all the associated cost. Their pricing wasn’t the lowest, however Andrew made me feel that I was dealing with professionals. They picked up my moving items from a storage on time and delivered the date I had requested. there was a small glitch upon delivery but it was quickly resolved. All around good experience. Estimate given was the 2nd cheapest of 8 estimates. Final cost of move was just under estimate given. Customer Service Rep was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. The 3 movers were personable and hard workers. All items were moved with care from AA. County, Md to WV, without damage and in a timely manner. I would use their services again and recommend them based soley in my experience.

Cannot recommend for local or furniture moves. Booking and confirming was easy, price was fair, but quality seems hit or miss based on which crew you get. Simple job - move a king-sized bedroom set I bought from a seller 35 mins away...crew would disassemble, move and reassemble. No problem except my crew did not have tools - borrowed screwdriver from homeowner and I went out to buy wrenches/pliers for bed. Lots of lost time waiting for me to make two trips to store for tools. When we get to my house, the headboard was "too big" to make it up my stairs, so they left in my living room. Later last

She is very polite, professional and honest about the price, delivery date etc. The movers were also very professional. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR BELONGINGS. We made a very critical mistake by not watching these people. We sat in the spare bedroom with our cat as he was frightened by all of the commotion. When we did come out we advised of a couple fragile items (family heirlooms and irreplaceable pieces) that were also marked "FRAGILE". While one was packing up the bathroom we were advised that they cannot take liquids, sealed or not. Wasn't happy about this but okay, it's in your contract.
