For Over 25 Years, View Homes has been crafting quality homes in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Payment shown is Principal and Interest only. Monthly payment amount does not include property taxes, homeowners insurance or monthly mortgage insurance and therefore will be higher. The principal and interest payment is based on an interest rate of 6.5% and APR of 3.94%, 30-YR Fixed FHA loan with 3.5% down payment.
As a View Homes Homeowner, you will receive warranties on the construction and finishes of your home. Specifics regarding the warranties are described in the homeowners' warranty provided as part of your purchase agreement. View Homes would like to extend our help in any manner we can to ensure your home is cared for with ease and attention.
Becoming an owner for the first time is an exciting experience. To help make your experience enjoyable, we have identified some suggestions to help you on your way to being a new homeowner. As first steps go, this is probably the most important step you can take. Pre-qualifying can help you understand your financial standing and will provide you critical data that will determine your home buying ability.
It is our goal to help facilitate your loan approval within 15 days of executing your Purchase Agreement. We have found the most stressful part of purchasing a home to be the Mortgage Loan Process. Obtaining your loan approval within 15 days allows you to fully enjoy the home buying process. Also, for this reason, we work with preferred lenders that we have selected that identify with and understand our level of customer service expectations.

I can not recommend Ernesto enough. A year ago I just walked into a model home without any expectations and now I am moving into my new home. He helped me trough thick and thin and unusual issues we had to overcome to finally close. Ernesto was the one that kept me positive and sane. He always made himself available; I have a changing a demanding schedule and he always replied to my texts or answered my calls. This was a great experience. Gabby, the Builder's rep that I am working with, helped guide me through the process of building a new home. She was tireless as she showed me model homes in my price range and with my floor plan requests. I picked the perfect building lot and have picked a great home. My new construction home with my option upgrades is coming in cheaper than older resale homes that I looked at. This is a win win for me- I get a structure 10 year guarantee. I go in a few weeks to pick my colors/cabinetry/flooring and other details. I am so excited. The home should be completed

I purchased an Armadillo home in New Braunfels Cloud Country in 2016. The sales staff particularly Oscar Colorado is awesome. He is actually honest and does his very best to get things done for the new homeowner.
However, after the purchase the customer support is poor at best. The builder is so busy throwing up more homes that concern for homeowners is nil. There is a 1 year door to door warranty which is funny because no one comes out to fix the issues or has to come out multiple times to re repair the last one. Also the builder makes an appt and doesn't show up but Ultimately, they still blame
