Professional and honest are just two descriptions of Mark rising and his dad. We considered them to build our dream home and met with them privately to discuss the logistics. We still haven't found a lot that feels right to build what we want but we will definitely consider Tara custom homes. Mark makes you immediately feel at ease and clarifies your specifications and desires to ensure that you will be happy.

Tara Homes is known for repairs and remodels, now they are trying to build homes. If you go to their website you will see a future home option. Here you will find the Robbin Place Project which is behind my house in a historical part of town, Old Colorado City. Their was little forethought put into the project. The space they built the 6 condos is invasive on the community. The lot could be used for 2 nice houses with space instead of 6 crammed high rise condos into an alley way. Greedy builders that had no consideration for the existing neighborhood or limited space. They even had a worker yelling

Omg! This project is hell! It's awful. We paid and then had to hunt these guys down for two months to even get started. But once they did get started it got even worse. There was never a layout for our remodel. There was never a discussion about the finishes. This guy Mark would EMAIL random pics and say what about this? The tile I pick was not what was delivered three different times. I was given a route to spend 1,250 on a vanity then told there was no budget for a mirrior in a bathroom! If Workman showed up they showed up on adverage three days a week. With no notice if or when someone
