I contacted Fortified Solutions Nov 2020. Jason Shireman came to my property to give me a quote on a steel building and construction. Jason represented himself as the "Director of Sales and Marketing" for Fortified Solutions. I expressed my cash budget of $80K and he sent me a quote for a building within my budget at $79k. We agreed on that and I asked what the next step was.
He asked me go to the Fortified Solutions office to pay Jamy Whiteman and Jared Whitman (owners) a $10,700 deposit. I paid the deposit, got a simple receipt, but nothing disclosing the terms. Come to find out later
