We looked at many different custom builders and are so glad we chose Villagree Luxury Homes. From the beginning they made the process simple and straight forward. From transparent pricing, designing a one of a kind home for our family, the entire build process, to closing. Met with several builders over the years during the parade of homes and pleased we were referred to Villagree Luxury Homes. From the first meeting we knew that we found our builder. What impressed us the most is the fact that they design every home to fit our requirements as well as our property. Standard finishes were excellent. During each design meeting we knew exactly where our budget was so by the time we broke ground there were no surprises. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very pleased with our decision and would highly recommend them as a custom builder of choice.

When we were looking for a house 2 years ago, the market was very tight and we were feeling overwhelmed. We saw a spec house being built in the Cathedral Pines neighborhood. We gave it a shot and called Villagree. Thankfully, it turned out to be the best value for the money we could find. Gregg invited us to an open house. We fell in love with the house before we even got out of the living room!!! From its lay-out to its amenities, we could see the value per dollar.

After losing our home in Wissler Ranch (Monument) in June of 2017 to a house fire, my husband and I found ourselves not emotionally prepared for the overwhelming process that lied ahead of us in rebuilding our forever home.
