Russ possessed all of these qualities when building our home last year. This was the second home Russ and his team of exceptional contractors built for us. Russ and Carrie were totally hands on throughout the whole construction and addressed every aspect of the building process in a timely manner. I would recommend Acuff homes to anyone looking to build an absolutely well built and beautiful home and I would be happy to share our experience with anyone.

We built a beautiful, affordable, semi-custom home with Russ and Carrie. Acuff Homes is well established in Colorado Springs and has built many homes on the southwest side of the city which is where we decided to build. Be specific with what you want and Acuff will do everything possible to make it happen. An area for opportunity for Acuff is high communication on projected/estimated expenses for sub-contractors. There were some costs that came in higher than we had budgeted that we wish we knew ahead of time. This is to be expected with building a new home. Overall a very positive experience and

Remodeling of our carriage house was not an easy project but the results were fantastic and all workmen involved were professional, timely, skilled technicians. Acuff personal were on site everyday and any "surprises" in the remodeling of an 1899 building were dealt with efficiently and effectively. No complaints at all and would hire them again hands down!
