Bill is friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. We've had an ant problem for a while. Other products and companies couldnt even fix the problem for a short time. Well a week after having Bill out to our home. Ive found lots of ant carcasses. And less and less ants alive. Thank you Bill and thank you Prizm!!!!
