I have been so happy with Leupitz over the years. Luis services our area and is so kind and personable, we love it when he comes by. Usually there is such a thorough job done that we rarely need to call, but on the occasions that we have some sort of unusual issue like the finding of ants in the house or a new bees nest, Luis is quick to schedule a follow up and stop by and take care of the issue at no extra charge. We have turned down every offer for pest control services that have come through for us because we have no issues with Leupitz whatsoever

A few weeks ago I contacted Leupitz to recommend a treatment for control of mice, after we started noticing droppings in our garage. Trevor was able to fit me into the schedule within about a week. Trevor and Devan, a trainee, arrived at our home at the scheduled time. Trevor was very knowledgeable on rodent control products and options and recommended bait stations which they placed outside the home. I also asked them about ants we notice occasionally in the bathroom and kitchen. They did a very thorough inspection and made a well reasoned recommendation. I would certainly look to Leupitz for

I wish I had called Leupitz FIRST! I won't go into details about unsatisfactory experiences with several other companies but I will say that Leupitz is much more trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional.
Trevor was able to explain (in a professional and courteous manner) why some of the things I was told I needed by others were not actually necessary AND what is truly necessary to solve my problem. He understands how houses are built and therefore how rodents gain access. He is respectful of my personal needs and I have confidence in his skills.

I'm deeply disappointed in this company. I have been paying for pest control faithfully for two years. The other day I had an urgent situation come up with a bees nest. I called expecting help as someone had already been stung twice! I was told they could send someone out in a week!! Obviously I would need to remedy the situation on my own.... basically tough luck was the attitude of the woman I spoke to. I'm cancelling my service immediately and finding a company that will better meet my needs. Leupitz is NOT that company.
